摘要
结合工程实际对超大直径圆涵顶进精度控制进行了控制,阐述超大直径圆涵顶进精度控制的技术特点及保证措施。为超大直径圆涵顶进精度控制提供一些经验。研制了一种可调节管涵顶进方向的导行装置。该装置由钢垫圈、导行器和小顶镐3部分组成。其中钢垫圈与导行器采用承插式连接在一起,两者之间设置小顶镐。顶进过程中,如出现偏差可通过小顶镐纠偏的方式来调节顶进方向,从而调整顶进精度。
        The jacking accuracy control of super-large diameter circular culvert is controlled according to engineering practice. The technical characteristics and guarantee measures of jacking accuracy control of super-large diameter circular culvert are expounded. It provides some experience for jacking accuracy control of super large diameter circular culvert. A guide device which can adjust the jacking direction of pipe culvert is developed. The device consists of three parts: steel washer, guide and small pick. The steel washer is connected with the guide by socket type, and a small pick is arranged between the two. In the process of jacking, if deviation occurs, the direction of jacking can be adjusted by means of small jack correction, so as to adjust the accuracy of jacking.
