摘要
"三农"问题一直是中国政府的重点关注,近年来政府为促进农村劳动力顺利转移出台了许多有针对性的培训政策。通过对多个省市的实地走访,以问卷形式收集农村劳动力对政府转移培训政策的评价数据,研究发现,政府培训的计划目标和实际效果之间存在差距,未能满足农村劳动力转移的切实需要。政府的培训政策尚有较大改善空间,应加强反馈机制,使培训政策落到实处,切实帮助农村劳动力实现平稳转移,为解决中国"三农"问题提供一种新的思路,促进中国经济持续健康发展。
"Three rural" issue has been a focus of attention by Chinese government. In recent years, to promote the smooth transfer of rural labor force, the government has introduced a number of targeted training policies. Based on field visits to various provinces and cities, data of the evaluation of rural labor towards transfer training policy of the government has been collected in the form of a questionnaire. The study found that there is a gap between objectives and actual results of government training program, failed to meet the practical needs of rural labor transfer. The government's training policies are not yet perfect, thus, it is imperative to enhance feedback mechanisms, effectively implement training policy and help rural labor force transfer smoothly, so as to provide a new way of thinking, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's economy.
