摘要

在新经济时代,随着我国产业不断升级,中国企业对产业工人的素质要求也在不断向高层次、可持续方向发展。高职院校如何通过产业文化育人来提升学生职业素养水平不仅具有必然性,而且也具有紧迫性。其路径的选择不仅是对传统职业教育的继承,更是对新时代职业教育的创新与发展。
        In the new economic era,with the continuous upgrading of China's industry,the quality requirements of Chinese enterprises for industrial workers are constantly developing towards a high level and a sustainable direction.It is not only inevitable but also urgent for higher vocational colleges to improve their professional quality through industrial culture.The choice of its paths is not only the inheritance of traditional vocational education,but also the innovation and development of vocational education in the new era.
