护理与影像技术一体化管理在放射科护理管理中的应用

摘要
目的研究护理与影像技术一体化管理在放射科护理管理中的应用效果。方法 2017年9月—2018年6月间随机抽取60名医务人员和120例患者,将患者随机分为参照组和实验组,各60例。参照组采用常规护理干预,实验组采用护理与影像技术一体化管理干预。观察干预效果。结果实验组造影剂泄漏、重复扫描等发生率与参照组相比要低;实验组护理质量评分与参照组相比要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理与影像技术一体化管理在放射科护理管理中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the application effect of integrated management of nursing and imaging technology in the nursing management in the department of radiology. Methods From September 2017 to June 2018 60 cases of medical staff and 120 cases of patients were randomly extracted and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group used the integrated management intervention of nursing and imaging technology, and the intervention effect was observed. Results The incidence rate of contrast medium leakage and repeated scanning in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing quality scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of integrated management of nursing and imaging technology in the nursing management in the department of radiology is obvious, which is worth clinical promotion.
