风险管理在高龄髋部骨折患者护理中的应用

摘要
目的讨论风险管理在高龄髋部骨折患者围术期护理安全中的应用。方法于2017年2月—2018年9月,选取我院的110例高龄髋部骨折患者作为本文的研究对象,而后以患者是否实施护理风险管理措施,将这110例患者分为对照组(实施常规护理)与研究组(常规护理基础上加强护理风险管理),评判不良事件发生率、并发症发生率以及住院时间。结果研究组患者不良事件发生率、并发症发生率以及住院时间指标明显优于对照组,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论加强护理风险管理可降低患者发生不良风险事件与并发症的机率,缩短患者的住院时间,值得临床骨科借鉴。
Objective To discuss the application of risk management in perioperative nursing safety of elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods From February 2017 to September 2018, 110 elderly patients with hip fracture in our hospital were selected as the object of this study, and then according to whether to carry out nursing risk management measures,the 110 patients were divided into control group( routine nursing) and study group(strengthening nursing risk management on the basis of routine nursing). The criteria were as follows: incidence of adverse events,incidence of complications and length of stay in hospital. Results The incidence of adverse events, complication rate and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Strengthening nursing risk management can reduce the incidence of adverse risk events and complications in patients and shorten the length of hospitalization. It is worthy of clinical orthopedic promotion.
