摘要
目的:制作适合床旁诊断(POCT)使用的一次性血气测试芯片。方法:采用厚膜技术制作芯片PET基板的导电层和绝缘层,分别配制不同组分的膜溶液,使用点胶机滴入相应位点并干燥成膜,完成集成传感器p H/PO_2/PCO_2的血气测试芯片的制作。结果:静脉血用不同比例的混合气体进行处理,得到不同气体分压值的测试样本。分别使用电位法和电流法进行测试。上述芯片在3 min内完成活化和样本测试。芯片的测试范围、精密度指标等同或超过同类产品。
Object To fabricate unit-use test cartridge used in POCT. Methods Screen on PET with different conductive and non-conductive inks by thick film technology. Different sensor solutions are prepared, dropped into corresponding positions and dried in the air. Multi-sensors are incorporated into the integrated cartridge. Result In order to obtain different samples, venous blood establishes equilibrium with different partial pressure gas mixture. Potentionmetric and amperometric methods are used to complete test. The cartridge can permit rapid and accurate analysis of blood sample in three minutes. The test range and precision are equal or superior to similar products.
