基于计量与可视化的国内外公立医院改革研究对比

摘要
为综合比较国内外公立医院改革领域的热点演进和发展趋势,利用文献计量方法,通过CiteSpaceⅤ分析软件对2004-2017年CNKI核心库和Web of Science核心合集所收录的与公立医院改革相关的文献进行科研合作网络和关键词共现分析。结果表明:国内外研究学者分布离散,核心作者群尚未形成;国内研究机构呈现出双核、桥梁、完备子网三种模式,而国外研究机构则形成以Harvard Univ为核心的核心-边缘合作网络结构;国内新医改研究处于由理论向实践研究过渡阶段,滞后于国外改革进程,县级公立医院是国内学者未来研究重点。
In order to comprehensively compare the evolution and development trend of the hotspots in the field of public hospital reform at home and abroad,the literature measurement method is used. The scientific research cooperation network and keyword cooccurrence analysis of the literature related to "Public Hospital Reform" included in the core library of CNKI and the core collection of Web of Science from 2004 to 2017 were done by Cite Space V software. The results show that the distribution of scholars at home and abroad is discrete. The core author group has not yet been formed. Domestic research institutions present three models:dual core,bridge and complete subnet,while foreign research institutions the core-edge cooperative network structure with Harvard Univ as the core. At the stage of transition from theory to practice,it lags behind the process of foreign reform. The county-level public hospital is the focus of domestic scholars' research in the future.
