电连接器接触件插拔模拟试验系统的设计

摘要
接触电阻和插拔力等特性参数是电连接器接触件稳定与可靠的重要指标。设计了一种电连接器接触件插拔模拟试验系统,该系统可实时监测接触件在不同插拔速度、插拔位移和同轴度条件下的接触电阻、插拔力和插孔形变。最后,以某接触件为例试验测试并分析了插拔速度对插拔特性的影响。
        Contact resistance, insertion-withdrawal force are important indicators for the stability and reliability of electrical connectors. In this paper, a simulation experiment system for insertion and withdrawal of the electrical connector is designed, which can measure the variations in contact resistance, mechanical force and female component deformation under different insertion speed, insertion depth and coaxiality. Finally, the effect of insertion speed on the insertion and withdrawal characteristics of a power connector is tested and analyzed.
