859例性罪错人员性传播疾病监测分析

摘要
目的了解天津市性罪错人员对性传播疾病(STD)的认知及防护意识,以及2011年度天津市公安局收容的性罪错人员艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝、丙肝的患病率。方法对2011年度天津市公安局收容的859例性罪错人员进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的检测,统计艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝、丙肝4种STD的患病率,并随机抽取其中200例完成有关STD认知及防护意识的问卷调查。结果性罪错人员STD患病率为42.8%,其中乙肝、丙肝、梅毒和艾滋病单病种的患病率分别为38.6%、1.6%、6.4%和0.2%,4种STD的发病均女性多于男性,且存在4种STD混合感染现象;性罪错人员性生活混乱且关系复杂,对STD认知差且无主动意愿了解有关STD的知识,无明显防范意识,且感染STD后治疗不积极、不正规。结论性罪错人员对STD认知和防护意识差,其STD患病率明显高于普通人群,并存在4种STD混合感染现象。
Objective To understand the cognition and protection consciousness to STD of sex criminals in Tianjin, and to calculate the prevalence rate of HIV/AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis B and hepatitis C of sex criminals jailed by Tianjin public security bureau in 2011. Methods Detection of HIV, syphilis, HBV and HCV had been done on 859 cases of sex criminals jailed in Tianjin public security bureau in 2011, then the prevalence rates of above four kinds of STD were calculated. Questionnaires about cognition and protection consciousness to STD were completed by a random sample of 200 sex criminals. Results The prevalence rate of STD in sex criminals was 42.8%, the single disease such as Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis and AIDS were respectively 38.6%, 1.6%, 6.4% and 38.6%. The onset of four kinds of STD in women were more than men, there were mixed infections phenomenon. Sex criminals were found to have sexual confusion and complex relationships, they had poor STD cognition and no willingness to understand the knowledge about STD, and no obvious prevention awareness, what′ s more the treatment after the infection of STD was not active and informal. Conclusion The cognition and protection consciousness of STD in sex criminals were poor, the prevalence of STD was significantly higher than the general population, and the mixed infections with above four kinds of STD were observed.
