摘要

以创新驱动战略为视角,进行知识产权司法保护影响创新创业高质量发展的实证分析,结果显示:滞后一期的知识产权司法保护在1%的显著性水平上正向显著影响我国创新创业高质量发展;知识产权司法保护影响创新创业高质量发展的经济效应是成本效应和竞争效应。提出推动创新创业高质量发展的知识产权司法保护法律政策,包括继续加大知识产权司法保护力度,加快知识产权司法保护服务体系建设,在全社会营造浓厚的知识产权司法保护氛围,激发大众创新创业热情,释放全社会创造活力。
        This paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of intellectual property judicial protection on the high quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship. The results show that the lag judicial protection of intellectual property rights has a significant impact on the high quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship in China at a significant level of 1%. This paper holds that the economic effects of the judicial protection of intellectual property rights on the high quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship are cost effect and competition effect. This paper puts forward some measures such as strengthening the judicial protection of intellectual property, perfecting the service system reconstruction of judicial protection of intellectual property, and creating a strong atmosphere of judicial protection of intellectual property rights in the whole society for stimulating public enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship, and releasing the whole society.
