高校党的思想建设与思政教育协同育人的三维探析

摘要
高校党的思想建设和思想政治教育具有外在的差异性,但蕴涵内在的统一性。作为党掌握和加强高校意识形态工作领导权、话语权和决策权的重要内容,两者在坚持社会社会主义办学方向和围绕"立德树人"根本任务上都是为了解决好"为谁培养人"、"如何培养人"、"怎样培养人"这个时代命题,具有本质上的一致性,内容上的关联性,目的上的互补性。因此,研究把握高校党的思想建设与思想政治教育的优势互补,探索构建同向、同行、同为的协同育人模式,对于高校贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,完成党的教育目标,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人具有重要的理论意义和现实需要。
Although there have some external differences in the ideological construction and political education of the university,they have inherent uniformities.In fact,as an important part for the Communist Party of China(CCP)to hold the strengthen the leadership,voice and decision-making power of ideological work in universities,ideological construction is accordant with political education in some aspects,including for whom to trained students,what kind of students to be trained and how to trained students.Obviously,above education forms on the schooling orientation and strengthening morality are identical.In addition,there have consistency in the education essence,relevance of content,and complementarity of purpose.Therefore,this study aims to investigate and grasp the complementary advantages of the ideological and political education of CCP and to explore the construction of a cooperative education model.Collectively,it is of great theoretical significance and practical need for universities to implement Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,to accomplish the Party's educational objectives,and to train new people in the new era who are responsible for national rejuvenation.
