摘要
目的探讨案例式立体教学法在留学生妇产科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2014级78名留学生作为观察对象。根据随机数字表法,将78名留学生分成观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=38),观察组留学生采用案例式立体教学法教学,对照组留学生采用传统教学模式教学,教学周期为1个学期,教学结束后比较两组留学生的期末考试成绩。结果观察组留学生的基础知识得分[(45.54±2.24)分vs.(38.89±2.17)分]、病例分析得分[(38.18±2.06)分vs.(29.26±2.01)分]、总分[(84.46±4.65)分vs.(67.72±3.18)分]均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在留学生妇产科教学中应用案例式立体教学法可有效提高学生的基本理论知识水平及分析、解决临床问题的能力。
        Objective To explore the application effect of case based threedimensional teaching method in obstetrics and Gynecology Teaching for foreign students. Methods 78 students of grade 2014 were selected as the study objects, and 78 students were divided into observation group(n=40) and control group(n=38) according to the random number table method. The foreign students in the observation group were taught by the case stereoscopic teaching method. The control group was taught by the traditional teaching mode, the teaching cycle was 1 semesters, and the teaching knot was made. The final exam results of the two groups of students were compared. Results The scores of basic knowledge [(45.54±2.24) points vs.(38.89±2.17) points], case analysis [(38.18±2.06) points vs.(29.26±2.01) points]and total scores [(84.46±4.65) points vs.(67.72±3.18) points] of overseas students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of case stereoscopic teaching method in the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics for foreign students can effectively improve the students' basic knowledge level and the ability to analyze and solve the clinical problems.
