摘要
为响应制的要求,采用权重系数法分别从分项费用、工程类型、电压等级以及不同区域4个方面对前期工作费的发生情况进行研究,对前期工作费各子项费用的重要程度进行排序,并将其与重庆地区已完工程的相关情况进行对比分析。
        In response to the demands of NDRC and SGCC for government-guided pricing of professional service fee of construction projects and the market regulation mechanism,this paper studies the costs of the earlier-stage work in power transmission and transformation projects in the aspects of itemized expenses,types of projects,voltage classes and different areas based on the weight coefficient method. In addition,it introduces the importance rankings of the costs of the sub-items in the costs of the earlier-stage work as well as the comparative analysis between the rankings and relevant information of finished projects in Chongqing.
