我国部分救援人员个体防护装备需求调查

摘要
目的通过对执行过任务的救援人员进行个体防护装备需求及要求调查,为进一步改进个体防护装备提供支持。方法通过编写的调查表,运用互联网调查方法对我国多个省市救援单位的救援人员进行调查。计算构成比等指标,描述被调查人员对个体防护装备的需求。结果调查的360名参与过救援任务的人员中,235人(65.28%)认为个体防护装备需要调整的地方主要是鞋子,206人(57.22%)认为是安全帽,192人(53.33%)认为是冬装。346人回答了个体防护装备功能重要性调查,其中超过50%的被调查者认为调查的三类22个防护装备功能在执行任务时对自身防护的作用都非常重要。针对个人防护装备重复性使用的需求调查发现,47.80%的人要求使用一次性眼、面部防护用具,41.11%的人要求使用一次性防护服。结论目前我国个体防护装备在功能及配备上仍显不足,因此,今后应加强个体防护装备在功能配备上的研发,从而达到预防职业暴露导致的事故伤的效果。
Objective The objective of this study was to provide support for further improvement of personal protective equipment by investigating the needs and requirements for individual protective equipment of rescue personnel. Methods The Internet survey method was used to investigate the rescue workers of rescue units in many provinces and cities in China through a self-made questionnaire. The composition ratio and other indicators were calculated to describe the needs of the respondents for personal protective equipment. Results Of the 360 respondents in the survey, 235(65.28%) people considered that shoes needs to be adjusted, 206(57.22%) people considered helmets, and 192(53.33%) people considered winter clothing. 346 people responded on the importance of the function of personal protective equipment, and over 50% considered equipment functions very important. A survey of repetitive use of personal protective equipment found that 47.80% required one-time use for eye and face protection, and 41.11% required disposable protective clothing. Conclusions At present, China's personal protective equipment is still insufficient in function and equipment. Therefore, in the future, China should strengthen the development of personal protective equipment, so as to prevent accidental injuries caused by occupational exposure.
