摘要
行星齿轮传动均载性能主要受到齿轮的制造和装配误差的影响。综合考虑偏心误差、装配误差以及太阳轮的轴向偏斜等因素,构建了行星齿轮机构动力学分析模型。通过求解模型,得到了各误差下系统动载荷的时域历程与频谱,分析了各误差对系统均载系数与太阳轮浮动轨迹的影响。采用有限差分法计算了各误差对系统均载系数的灵敏度,发现装配误差的灵敏度比较大,对系统传动均载性能的影响也比较大,偏心误差的影响则相对较小,研究结果为行星齿轮传动机构的高稳定性设计提供了理论指导。
The main factors affecting the Load sharing characteristic of planetary gear transmission are manufacturing and assembling errors of gears. The dynamics model of planetary gear was built by considering many factors like eccentric errors,assembly errors and axial deflection errors of sun gear. By solving the model,the time domain process and dynamic spectrum of the system dynamic load are obtained,and the influence of each error on the system load coefficient and the sun wheel floating track are analyzed. The influence of each error on the system load sharing performance is calculated by finite difference method. It is found that the sensitivity of assembly error is larger,and the influence of the load sharing on the system is larger,the influence of eccentric error is smaller. It provides theoretical guidance for the high stability design of planetary gear transmission system.
