摘要
目的探索一种无创、可持续、灵敏、有效的检测骨筋膜室内压变化的方法,辅助急性骨筋膜室综合征的早期诊断和治疗。方法设计3个实验:实验1取20个直径为7 cm的骨筋膜室综合征模型,分别检测当内压值为10 kPa、20 kPa、30 kPa、40 kPa、50 kPa、60 kPa、70 kPa时薄膜式压力感应器显示屏收集到的数据。实验2设计3个组,各取10个直径分别为5 cm、7 cm、10 cm直径的骨筋膜室综合征模型,分别检测当内压值为上述数值时,薄膜式压力感应器显示屏收集到的数据。实验3取5个直径为7 cm骨筋膜室综合征模型,分别检测第1 d~第7 d每天同一时间,当内压值为上述数值时,薄膜式压力感应器显示屏收集到的数据。结果提示骨筋膜室综合征模型内压值与薄膜式压力感应器所测外压值呈明显正相关(r=0.956)(实验1);薄膜式压力感应器在不同直径骨筋膜室综合征模型(实验2)和不同时间(实验3)所测得的外压值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三个实验共同证实通过薄膜式压力感应器检测肢体与石膏之间压力可间接检测骨筋膜室内压,为急性骨筋膜室综合征的早期诊断和持续监测提供了一个新的思路。
        Objective To explore a noninvasive, sustainable, sensitive and effective method for detecting the pressure changes in osteofascial ventricular pressure, which may be contribute to early diagnosis and treatment for acute compartment syndrome. Methods Three experiments were designed as below: ① 20 acute compartment syndrome models with 7 cm-diameter gypsum fixation were used to detect the external pressure values by pressure sensors during the internal pressure changed at 10 kPa,20 kPa,30 kPa, 40 kPa, 50 kPa, 60 kPa and 70 kPa. ②10 gypsum-fixed acute compartment syndrome models with diameters of 5 cm, 7 cm and 10 cm were used to detect the external pressure values collected by the pressure sensor when the internal pressure changed. ③5 acute compartment syndrome models with 7 cm-diameter gypsum fixation were used to detect the external pressure by pressure sensor at the same time on 7 consecutive days when the internal pressure changed. And repeated measurements were conducted. Results The internal pressure value of the model of compartment syndrome was positively correlated with the external pressure measured by the pressure sensor(r=0.956). There were no significant differences in the value of external pressures measured at different time points, as well as in different diameters of acute compartment syndrome models. Conclusion It is confirmed that internal pressure of the fascia can be detected indirectly by the pressure sensor, which provides a novel idea for early diagnosis and continuous monitoring of acute compartment syndrome.
