摘要
为了扩大SUS430铁素体不锈钢的产能、降低生产成本,对浅冲用SUS430铁素体不锈钢采用连续退火工艺代替罩式退火工艺。对比分析不同退火工艺下钢的显微组织和力学性能。最终得出:SUS430铁素体不锈钢连续退火工艺的性能完全满足浅冲用户的需求。
        In order to expand the production capacity and reduce the production cost of SUS430 ferritic stainless steel, the continuous annealing process was used to instead of the bell type annealing process for shallow drawing materials. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel were comparatively analyzed under different annealing process. The results show that the performance of SUS430 ferritic stainless steel under continuous annealing process can meet the user's requirements completely.
