摘要
甘肃某红柱石选矿厂尾矿量大,粒度细,Si O2含量低,制备蒸压灰砂砖难度大。试验研究了钙硅比(C/S)、石英砂掺入量与级配以及蒸压时间对某细粒红柱石尾矿蒸压灰砂砖力学性能的影响。结果表明当红柱石尾矿、石灰、石英砂配比分别为66. 6%、18. 4%、15%,石英砂的颗粒级配满足-0. 45 mm+0. 15 mm、-0. 90 mm+0. 45 mm、-1. 25 mm+0. 90 mm的粒级含量分别为3%、6%、6%,蒸压时间为6 h时,制得的红柱石尾矿蒸压灰砂砖强度是24. 94 MPa,力学性能满足GB 11945-1999《蒸压灰砂砖》MU20级技术要求。X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明:蒸压反应生成的水化硅酸钙和托勃莫来石,对蒸压灰砂砖强度有重要影响。
        The tailings yield of an andalusite concentrating mill in Gansu was large,and the particle size was fine and the SiO2 content was low. There was difficulty in preparation of autoclaved lime-sand brick.In the experiments the effects of calcium-silicon ratio( C/S),content and size distribution of quartz sands and autoclaving time on the mechanical properties of autoclaved lime-sand brick prepared by andalusite tailings were studied. The results show that when the proportion of andalusite tailings,lime and quartz sands is 66. 6%,18. 4% and 15% respectively,the size distribution of quartz sands satisfy the mass ratio that-0. 45 mm + 0. 15 mm,-0. 90 mm + 0. 45 mm and-1. 25 mm + 0. 90 mm size composition is3%,6% and 6%,respectively. Moreover,the autoclaving time is 6 h; then the mechanical properties of the autoclaved lime-sand brick is meeting with the technical requirements of GB 11945-1999 for MU 20 lime-sand brick and the strength of the brick is 24. 94 MPa. The results of X ray diffraction analysis( XRD) and scanning electron microscope( SEM) show that the hydrated calcium silicate and the tobermorite formed via autoclaving are important to the strength of the autoclaved lime-sand brick.
