摘要
通过对比试验证明,使用助磨剂可以降低矿浆粘度,改善矿浆流变特征,提高磨矿效率,降低能耗。结果表明:六偏磷酸钠助磨效果最好,其最佳用量为钠长石质量的0.15%,磨矿浓度为78%时,研磨细度最好;除铁的矿浆浓度为25%时,能获得Fe_2O_3含量为0.07%的精矿。
The comparison test proves that the use of grinding aids can reduce the viscosity of the slurry, improve the rheological characteristics of the slurry, improve the grinding efficiency and reduce the energy consumption. The results showed that the sodium hexametaphosphate had the best grinding effect, and the optimum dosage was 0.15% of sodium feldspar mass, when the grinding concentration was 78%, the fineness of grinding was the best, when the concentration of iron removal the ore slurry was 25% could be obtained Fe_2 O_3 content of 0.08% concentrate.
