30家二级医疗机构电子病案系统与医院感染信息化现状调研

摘要
目的了解北京市朝阳区二级医疗机构电子病案系统与医院感染管理信息化现状,为推进医院感染管理信息化建设提供依据。方法 2017年3月通过问卷和现场调查,对30家二级医疗机构进行调查,其中包括综合医院4家,公立专科医院5家,民营专科医院21家。结果 30家医疗机构中有22家(73. 33%)使用了电子病案系统,7家(23. 33%)医疗机构使用了医院感染管理信息系统,认为目标监测效果理想的]家,一般的5家,不理想的1家。23家(76. 67%)医疗机构未使用医院感染管理系统,医院感染管理专(兼)职人员工作负重较大,对及时发现、报告医院感染病例,有效防止医院感染聚集病例的发生不利。结论 调研真实反映了朝阳区二级医疗机构电子病案系统与医院感染信息化现状,已使用电子病案系统的机构具备了开发使用医院感染监测系统的基础。采用方便快捷的医院感染监测系统,将对医院感染数据的获取,及时采取防控措施起到重要作用。
Objectives To understand the current situation of the use of electronic medical records system and nosocomial infection information system in secondary medical institutions in Chaoyang district in Beijing, and provide basis for promoting the information construction of nosocomial infection management. Methods In March2017, 30 secondary medical institutions were investigated through questionnaire and field observation, which included 4 general hospitals, 5 public specialized hospitals and 21 private specialized hospitals. Results Among the30 medical institutions, 22(73. 33%) used the electronic medical record system, and 7(23. 33%) used the hospital infection management information system. 23(76. 67%) medical institutions did not use the hospital infection management system, and the professional(part-time) staff of hospital infection management were heavily loaded,which was unfavorable for the timely detection and reporting of hospital infection cases and the effective prevention of hospital infection cluster cases. Conclusions The survey truly reflected the current situations of electronic medical records system and hospital infection information in the secondary medical institutions in Chaoyang district. The institutions that have used the electronic medical record system have the basis for developing and using hospital infection monitoring systems. Adopting a convenient and rapid hospital infection monitoring system will play an important role in obtaining hospital infection data and taking timely prevention and control measures.
