过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器临床使用效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨国产与进口品牌过氧化氢(H2O2)低温等离子灭菌器临床使用效果评估,为促进国产设备在手术室的应用提供循证指导。方法:选取骨科待灭菌的10150把手术器械,采用数表法将其随机分为进口设备灭菌组(4725把)和国产设备灭菌组(5425把),分别进行H2O2低温等离子灭菌。进口设备灭菌组共进行189次灭菌器循环灭菌;国产设备灭菌组共进行217次灭菌器循环灭菌。比较进口与国产H2O2低温等离子灭菌器的灭菌效果、灭菌时间、灭菌压力以及操作要求。结果:进口设备灭菌组在189次进口H2O2低温等离子灭菌循环中均完成循环灭菌,灭菌效果和操作要求符合灭菌要求,达标率为100%;国产设备灭菌组在217次国产H2O2低温等离子灭菌循环中均完成循环灭菌,灭菌效果符合灭菌要求,达标率为100%,但出现11次信息输出故障。结论:H2O2低温等离子灭菌器是一种高效、快速及环保的灭菌设备,两组设备达标率一致;但国产灭菌设备的硬件设计尚需进一步完善。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of different brands of low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer, and promote the application of domestic equipment in the operation room by providing practical guidance. Methods: The 10150 pieces of orthopedic instruments to be sterilized were selected and randomly divided into two groups of imported equipment(4725) and domestic equipment(5425), respectively, using low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization. The imported equipment group completed a total of 189 times of sterilization cycle, and the domestic equipment group completed a total of 217 sterilization cycle, to make comparison between the two groups on the effects, the sterilization time, the sterilization pressure and the operation requirements of low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer. Results: After the 189 times of sterilization cycle, the sterilization effect and the operation requirements satisfied sterilization procedure. After 217 times of sterilization circle, the sterilization effect and the operation requirements satisfied sterilization procedure, but the 11 information output fault occurred. Conclusion: The low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer is an efficient, fast and environmentally sterilization equipment, but domestic equipment has certain improvement in the aspect of hardware design.
