摘要

在国际钻井工程承包业务中,熟悉当地油公司招标计价模式是合理报价中标的关键。本文分析比较了各种常见的国际石油钻井工程承包计价模式,并据此对国际钻井工程投标报价和费用测算给出了建议。
        In the international drilling project contracting business,to be familiar with the bidding quotation mode of the local oil companies usually leads to a successful tender.We analyze and compare various quotation mode of international petroleum drilling engineering contract,and give suggestions on the bidding quotation and cost measurement.
