合同管理在钻井项目现场管理中的应用

摘要
钻井是石油和天然气勘探开发的主要环节,涉及到众多的专业化服务公司和不同的合同类型。良好的项目现场管理是油公司实现企业安全生产和降低钻井成本的关键。本文从油公司的角度对合同管理在钻井现场中的应用进行了介绍,对钻井承包商管理中易出现的问题进行了分析,并针对相应问题提出了应对的方法和策略。
Drilling is a major part of the oil and gas exploration and development,in which many professional service companies and various types of contracts are involved.Good site management of drilling project is the key point for the oil companies to achieve safe operation and cost reduction.From the perspective of oil companies,we make a brief introduction of applications of contract management in drilling site,analyze the problems in drilling contractor management,and propose certain methos and strategies to solve the existing problems.
