摘要
通过V、Ti微合金化、氮含量控制以及控轧控冷工艺,获得了理想的钢板性能,完全满足非调质型列车上心盘用钢的性能需求。在试验钢生产过程中发现,终轧温度和终冷温度较低时可以得到部分针状铁素体+少量贝氏体组织,实现较高的强度和低温冲击韧性,达到非调质钢正火热处理的性能要求。
Desired steel plate properties are achieved by V,Ti microalloying,N content control,controlled rolling and controlled cooling,fully satisfying the demand on properties of non-quenching and tempering steel for upper center disc of train. It is found out in the production of test plate that partial accicular ferrite and less bainite can be obtained at lower finish rolling temperature and finish cooling temperature,higher strength and impact toughness at low temperature are achieved,satisfying the properties requirements of non-quenching and tempering steel after normalizing.
