摘要
目的探讨抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者骨转换生化指标的影响。方法选择医院2017年1月至12月收治的精神分裂症患者150例,随机分为A组、B组、C组,各50例。其中,A组为首发未服药者,B组为单药服用奥氮平半年以上者,C组为单药服用利培酮半年以上者。采集血样进行实验室检测。结果 B组、C组患者血糖、胰岛素差异显著(P<0.05);B组、C组与A组相比,骨转换生化指标、血脂指标等均有显著差异(P<0.05),且B组和C组间差异显著(P<0.05);低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血糖与骨钙素(BGP)成负相关,胰岛素、睾酮与BGP成正相关;药物及服药时间与β-胶原特殊序列(β-CROSSL)成正相关,LDL-C、血糖、雌二醇与β-CROSSL成负相关。结论精神分裂症患者长期服用抗精神病药物,会导致糖脂代谢异常,提高骨质疏松发生风险。
        Objective To investigate the effect of antipsychotic drugs on biochemical markers of bone turnover in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Totally 150 patients with schizophrenic admitted to our hospital from January to December in 2017 were divided into three groups: group A,group B and group C,50 cases in each group. The patients in group A were first-episode patients who didn't take drugs, the patients in group B were given olanzapine for more than half a year,the patients in group C were given risperidone for more than half a year. Blood samples were collected for laboratory examination. Results There were significant differences in the levels of GLU and INS between group B and group C( P < 0. 05). The biochemical markers of bone turnover and blood lipids in group B and group C had significant differences from those in group A( P < 0. 05),and there were significant differences between group B and group C( P < 0. 05). LDL-C and GLU were negatively correlated with BGP,while INS and TESTO were positively correlated with BGP. The drug and medication time were positively correlated with β-CROSSL,while LDL-C,GLU and E_2 were negatively correlated with β-CROSSL.Conclusion Long-term use of antipsychotic drugs in patients with schizophrenia will lead to abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism and increase the risk of osteoporosis.
