任献青教授中西医结合治疗小儿ITP经验探讨

摘要
目的:探讨任献青教授运用中西医结合方法治疗小儿免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的临床经验。方法:从病因病机、治疗目的、病案举例等角度,总结任献青教授治疗ITP的临床经验。结果:任献青教授融汇中西医知识体系,充分发挥中医治疗优势,辨证论治,注重益气固表、补益脾肾以固其本,可改善ITP患儿体质,降低疾病复发频率,提高患儿生活质量。结论:任献青教授运用中西医结合治疗小儿ITP有较好的临床疗效。
Objective: To explore clinical experience of Professor Ren Xianqing in treating ITP in children in the integrateive medicine. Methods: From the perspective of etiology and pathogenesis, treatment purposes, medical examples, etc., experience of Professor Ren Xianqing in treating ITP was summed up. Results: TCM and western medicine were learned by Professor Ren Xianqing. TCM should give full play to the adventages, including syndrome differentiation, paying attention to Yiqi Gubiao and Buyi Pishen, and is effective on ITP, by reducing the frequency of disease recurrence, improving children's quality of life. Conclusion: The integrative medicine on ITP was effective.
