摘要

通过对建筑工程施工阶段成本构成要素进行分析,具体探讨建筑工程施工阶段成本控制的对策措施,如何提升建筑企业在行业的竞争优势,才能创造更大的利润空间成了企业的生存之本。为此,对建筑企业施工过程成本控制提出了更高的要求。
        Through the analysis of the cost components in the construction stage of construction engineering,this paper discusses the countermeasures of cost control in the construction stage of construction engineering,and how to improve the competitive advantage of construction enterprises in the industry,so as to create more profit space has become the survival of enterprises. For this reason,the construction process cost control of construction enterprises put forward higher requirements.
