摘要
台车碰撞试验是约束系统开发的主要试验验证方法,基于某SUV的正碰台车试验,建立了乘员侧约束系统有限元模型,介绍了约束系统模型中假人定位、座椅、安全带、白车身、气囊的建模方法,并用LS-DYNA软件进行计算,依据C-NCAP管理规则对假人伤害进行评分。有限元计算结果显示,假人运动姿态、假人各部位伤害曲线与试验相比较吻合,各部位得分与试验基本一致,验证了约束系统模型的有效性。
To verify the effect of occupant restraint system,frontal sled test was the main test method in the development process of an occupant restraint system.The frontal sled test procedure and the test measurement consideration were introduced in detail firstly. The finite element model of the passenger side was established,the FE model was based on a frontal crash sled test of a SUV. The modeling methods of dummy positioned,seat,seatbelt,BIW and airbags were introduced in detail.The FE model was calculated by the LS-DYNA software,and the injury degree of dummy was rated by the rule of China new car assessment program(C-NCAP)implemented in 2018.The dummy movement posture during frontal crash,the injury curve of dummy,and the dummy injury degree were observed in calculation results,the simulation results of the FE model agree well with the test results.It proved that the finite element model is effective.
