摘要

从我国GMP法规要求出发,结合作者的项目经验,对制药工艺系统经常遇到的一些无菌连接方案进行归纳、总结,并分析、对比了不同方案的技术经济特点,为无菌连接方案工艺设计提供经验与参考。
        Based on the requirements in Chinese GMP regulation and combined with the experiences of author,in this article,some sterile connection schemes often used in pharmaceutical process system were concluded,and the technical features in different schemes were analyzed and compared.What presented can be used as reference in connection process design.
