风送式远程喷雾雾滴扩散沉降分布规律研究

摘要
为了揭示风送式远程喷雾机的雾滴扩散、沉降分布规律及其影响因素与效果,提高喷雾降尘的效率,采用实验室试验和数值模拟的方法,对不同供风风量、喷雾压力及喷嘴扩散角条件下风送式远程喷雾机的雾滴扩散和沉降分布状况进行了测量和统计分析。研究结果表明:风送式远程喷雾机出风口径向雾流的扩散、沉降分布以出风口z轴为对称轴近似呈"∩"形变化,雾流增重近似呈对称分布;供风风量与雾滴沉降速率在出风口z轴线方向上的沉降距离呈正向变化;同一位置处雾滴沉降速率与喷雾压力呈正向变化;喷嘴扩散角与雾滴沉降速率在出风口z轴线方向上的距离呈反向变化。
        In order to explore the distribution law of diffusion and settlement of droplets,as well as the influencing factors and effects of it of long range air-assisted sprayer,improve the efficiency of spray dust removal,by means of laboratory test and numerical simulation,the distribution of droplet diffusion and settlement of long range air-assisted sprayer were measured and statistically analyzed under the conditions of different air supply,spray pressure and nozzle diffusion angle. The results show that,take the z axis of outlet as the axis of symmetry,the diffusion and sedimentation distribution of fog flow at the air outlet of the long range air-assisted sprayer shows a "∩ " changing tendency,the fog flow weight is approximately symmetrical distribution; the amount of air supply and droplet settling rate in the direction of the outlet z axis of the settlement distance are in a positive direction; the spray droplets settling rate and spray pressure at the same position are positive changes; the distance between the nozzle diffusion angle and the spray droplets settling rate is reversed in the direction of the outlet z axis.
