乳腺癌患者采用保乳手术治疗的疗效与安全性观察

摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌患者采用保乳手术治疗的疗效及安全性。方法:随机选取2014年3月～2017年3月收治的68例乳腺癌患者分为两组,甲组采用改良根治术治疗,乙组采用保乳手术治疗,比较两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果:乙组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、平均引流量、住院时间、并发症发生率与局部复发率明显少于甲组,且其术后乳房美容效果的优良率明显高于甲组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者采用保乳手术,既能节省手术时间,减少出血量和引流量,预防患者术后发生并发症,且能使患者术后保持乳房的美观性,适合用于临床推广。
Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of breast conserving surgery for breast cancer patients.Methods: 68 breast cancer patients treated in a hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups.Group A was treated with modified radical operation, group B was treated with breast-conserving surgery, and the results were compared between the two groups.Results: The operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, average drainage volume, hospitalization time, complication rate and local recurrence rate in group B were significantly lower than those in group A, but the excellent and good rate of breast cosmetic effect after operation in group B was significantly higher than that in group A. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Breast conserving surgery can save operation time, reduce bleeding volume and drainage volume, prevent postoperative complications, and keep breast aesthetic after operation, so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
