摘要
介绍了LN130铸件结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:采用冷芯盒制芯工艺,水套芯使用100%宝珠砂;采用先局部组芯、后整体组芯的工艺方案;静压线造型,一箱2件;采取底注法兰面进铁以及轴承座进铁的双层进铁方式,并在缸盖面上设置溢流冒口。生产结果显示:浇注的10件铸件中有6件铸件无渗铁液及其他缺陷,铸件本体力学性能达到要求,尺寸合格,4件铸件浇注后有渗铁液情况,后通过取消侧面砂芯背面浇道周围的省砂块以及规范侧面砂芯装架要求,渗铁液缺陷得到较好地控制,小批量浇注了300件铸件,后期无渗铁液导致的报废缺陷。
        The structure and technical requirements of LN130 casting was introduced,its production technology was described in detail:using cold box core-making process,100% Baozhu sand was used for water jacket core,using at first partly assemble cores,then whole assemble cores,molding on SEIATZ line,2 castings per mold,using double layers gating system conswasted of bottom flange gating and bearing seat gating,setting overflow rwaser at cylinder head surface. The production result showed:6 castings among 10 castings having no iron penetration and other defects,casting body properties and dimensions being qualified,4 castings having iron penetration defect. Afterward,by cancelling the sand-saving block at side core around gating runner,and specifying side sand core assembling requirements,the iron penetration defect had been effectively controlled.Then 300 castings were produced,no more iron penetration-caused defect.
