摘要
通常情况下金属板料成形问题属于几何、材料、边界同时都是非线性的动力学问题,求解十分困难。利用大型有限元分析软件LS-DYNA,成功地实现了对对称式三辊卷板机滚完过程的有限元仿真,重点分析了影响板料回弹的各个因素,从而为减小板料回弹提供了理论基础。
The problem of sheet metal forming is a very difficult problem for solving, it is the problem related to geometric nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and boundary conditions. To achieve the simulation roll-bending process of the symmetrical three roll-bending machine roll successfully by using of finite element analysis software LS-DYNA. Especially focused on the factor of resilience. Thus, it provides a theoretical basis for reducing the resilience of sheet metal.
