港清线和港清复线的并管运行特性研究

摘要
港清线和港清复线属于不同压力等级,联合运行时会受到不同压力等级的影响。鉴于此,采用SPS仿真软件建立相应模型,仿真模拟注气和采气工况下港清线和港清复线并管运行的特性,并与实际运行数据进行对比,得出如下结论:冬季采气时,宜采用港清线和港清复线分开运行方式运行;在夏季注气阶段,初期注气量大,宜采用分开运行方式运行,在注气中后期,当注气量减小到1 050×104m3/d时,为降低港清复线和储气库管线压力相差过大造成管线冻堵结霜的风险,宜采用港清线和港清复线联合运行方式运行。
        Gang-Qing pipeline and Gang-Qing parallel pipeline have different pressure levels and will be influenced by different pressure levels during joint operation. In view of this,related model is established by the simulation software of SPS,and operation features of Gang-Qing pipeline and Gang-Qing parallel pipeline under gas injection and gas production conditions are simulated. Comparing the simulated results with the real operation data,conclusions can be given: During gas production in winter,joint operation of Gang-Qing pipeline and Gang-Qing parallel pipeline is preferable. At the summer gas injection stage,separate operation for initial gas injection stage is recommended due to the large initial gas injection rate. While at the middle and later stages,when gas injection is reduced to 1 050 × 104m3/d,joint operation should be taken to reduce the risk of frost and block up due to the high pressure difference between Gang-Qing pipeline and Gang-Qing parallel pipeline.
