摘要
SPS(Stoner Pipeline Simulator)是目前国际公认较好的输气管道模拟计算、水力分析及调度运营软件,可对管道输送的单一流体、批次流体或单相混合流体进行模拟。为了更好地发挥SPS在管道运营中的指导作用,提高输气管道管理水平,以中石化川气东送管道为例,利用SPS仿真软件模拟了该输气管道在设计输气量为120×108 m3/a工况下的压力、温度、流量及压缩机运行参数,并分别从建模、有效性检验、调试、工况运行、仿真结果查看以及数据输出等方面定性分析了该软件在应用中存在的不足。分析结果表明:①软件操作较为复杂;②模型中存在不规范术语;③软件编程语言不易掌握;④压缩机运行特性描述过于复杂;⑤会出现不符合水力工况的仿真计算;⑥仿真结果查看不便,数据输出格式无法更改。据此提出以下建议:①加强软件设计公司与用户之间的沟通,进行共同研发;②加快国内输气管道仿真软件的自主研发。
        The Stoner Pipeline Simulator(SPS)is a popular and excellent software in handling analog computation,hydraulic analysis,and operation and dispatching associated with gas pipelines.It can simulate the single fluid,batch fluid or even single-phase mixed fluids transported in the pipelines.This study aims to explore the role of SPS in the pipeline operation and improve the operation management level.In a case study of the Sinopec′s Sichuan-to-East China Gas Pipeline Project,SPS was adopted to simulate pressures,temperatures,flow rates and compressors′operation parameters in the working condition of the designed gas transmission volume of 12billion m3 per annum.Then,aqualitative analysis was made in this case in terms of modeling,validity check,debugging,operating condition,checking simulation results,data output,etc.The following findings were achieved.a.The software operation is complex.b.Non-standard terms exist in the modeling.c.The software programming language is difficult to grasp.d.The description of the compressor running performance is obscure.e.The analog computation does not comply with the hydraulic conditions.f.It is not convenient to check the simulation results and the data output format is unalterable.On this basis,it is suggested that the software company should communicate well with the users and pull together to complete the software research and development,and that simulation software should be better independently developed and made in China.
