摘要
SPS(Stoner Pipeline Simulator)是长距离输油/输气管道设计、计算、水力分析、全线自动化控制及调度运营模拟软件,可对液体、气体管道的水力和热力特性进行精确的模拟分析和预测。为了更好地将SPS应用在实际生产中,以SPS仿真软件模拟中间泵站的停运及备用机组的启动过程为例,并分别从建模、有效性检验及预处理、仿真控制和仿真模拟等方面介绍该软件的操作过程并进行相关分析,得到以下相关结论:根据实际情况合理选用建模方式;通过有效性检验和预处理检查模型的有效性和相应输入参数对于后期动态仿真模拟的真实可靠度很重要。
        The Stoner Pipeline Simulator( SPS) is a software in handling the design and calculation of oil and gas pipeline,hydraulic analysis,control and operation of full automatic. It can analyze and predict the hydraulic and thermal properties of liquid and gas pipeline accurately. In order to apply SPS in practical production,the example of the simulation process of stop and startup of the intermediate pump station adopting SPS was taken and relative analysis was made in terms of modeling,validity check,pretreatment,simulation control and analogue simulation. The results show that choosing a reasonable modeling approach according to actual circumstances is important and checking the availability of the model and the acuracy of input parameter according to the validity check and the pretreatment module is very important for the accuracy and reliability of simulation.
