摘要

在新时代下,坚持以人为本,转变传统的教育和管理理念,从学生和学校层面创新高职院校学生管理工作,积极实践学生的自我教育、自我管理和自我服务,提升学生的综合素质。
        In the new era, higher vocational colleges should innovate student management methods by upholding the principle of the "students first" and changing the traditional education ideas,so as to improve students' comprehensive abilities,especially self-education,self management and self-service abilities.
