摘要
为解决海洋修井机修井作业起下钻过程中人为操作失误问题高发、人员劳动强度大、作业效率低的问题,开发了起下钻自动灌浆系统,以确保作业安全,提高作业效率。由PLC、HMI及传感器组成的起下钻自动灌浆系统,进行数据采集、系统的故障自诊断、内部程序逻辑运算、异常工况声光报警提示等功能,实现计量泵的自动起停控制、井下工况自动判断、起下钻作业全程自动监控及事故报警功能。起下钻自动灌浆系统为海洋平台修井作业起下钻过程提供安全、科学、高效的设备保障。
Aiming at the problems caused by man-made operation mistakes,high work intensity and low operating efficiency in the tripping operation with offshore workover rig,a set of automatic filling system is developed,which consists of Programmable Logic Controller,HMI and a wide range of sensors.The functions implemented in the system include real-time data collection,fault self-diagnosis,logic operation and inspection alarm.This system will offer safe,scientific and high effective guarantee to equipment operation.
