摘要
目的探讨右美托咪定(DEX)对AECOPD有创机械通气患者肺部氧化应激的影响。方法 2015年11月至2016年5月选择60例AECOPD有创机械通气患者为研究对象,并分成对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组予咪达唑仑镇静,试验组予右美托咪定镇静,比较两种治疗方法后患者肺部氧化应激情况。结果治疗后试验组第7天血清和BLF中MDA、SOD水平及IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 DEX能减轻AECOPD有创机械通气患者肺部氧化应激。
objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine(DEX)on pulmonary oxidative stress in AECOPD patients with invasive mechanical ventilation.Methods 60 AECOPD patients with invasive mechanical ventilationfrom November,2015 to May,2016 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n= 30).The control group was treated with midazolam while the observation group was treated with dexmedetomidine.The effects of these two treatments on lung oxidative stress were compared.Results DEX can reduce the oxidative stress in AECOPD patients with mechanical ventilation.
