以头痛起病的Miller Fisher综合征一例

<正>1病例报告患者女,38岁。主因"视物成双伴头痛、眼眶痛4 d"于20180-04-04入院。4 d前无明显诱因出现视物成双,伴剧烈持续头痛,位于前额和眶周,不伴畏光、畏声,无恶心或呕吐,自服止痛药无明显缓解。患者意识清楚,无肢体麻木、无力等症状。发病前1周有上呼吸道感染史。既往无头痛病史。入院查体:意识清楚,言语流利,双侧瞳孔等大等圆,对光反射灵敏,左眼上视欠佳,左眼外展露白
