加味温胆汤治疗冠心病劳累性心绞痛临床观察

摘要
目的观察加味温胆汤治疗冠心病劳累性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择2016年12月—2018年5月收治的120例冠心病劳累性心绞痛患者作为观察对象;采用数字奇偶法分组后明确各组治疗方式;对照组(60例):选择地奥心血康胶囊展开治疗;观察组(60例):选择地奥心血康胶囊+加味温胆汤展开治疗;对比治疗效果以及疼痛程度评分、心绞痛发作次数与病症持续时间等。结果观察组患者总有效率(98. 33%)明显高于对照组(78. 33%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者疼痛程度评分、心绞痛发作次数与病症持续时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者硝酸甘油停减率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论冠心病劳累性心绞痛患者在接受治疗期间,加味温胆汤的有效应用,对于患者治疗效果提升、疼痛程度改善、心绞痛发作次数减少以及病症持续时间缩短,效果明显,可为患者病情康复奠定基础。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Wendan decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with exogenous angina pectoris. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease with exogenous angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from December2016 to May 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The digital parity method was used to determine the treatment modes of each group. The control group( 60 cases) selected Di'ao Xinxuekang capsule treatment. The observation group( 60 cases) selected Di'ao Xinxuekang capsule and modified Wendan decoction. The therapeutic effect and pain degree score,number of angina attacks and duration of illness was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group( 98. 33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 78. 33%). The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The pain score was observed. The number of angina pectoris attacks and the duration of the disease of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The nitroglycerin cessation rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion During the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris,the effective application of modified Wendan decoction can improve the patient's therapeutic effect and the pain level,reduce the number of angina attacks and shorten the duration of the disease. The effect is obvious. It can lay the foundation for the patient to recover from the disease.
