摘要

粤港澳大湾区在基础研究、要素流动、知识产权保护、协同创新、发展理念和利益观念等方面存在的一些问题,对建设国际科技创新中心形成了重大挑战,可借鉴旧金山湾区、东京湾区等国际一流湾区在发展科技创新方面的做法,以打造大湾区科技创新共同体、构建官产学研科技创新体系为抓手,助力大湾区国际科技创新中心建设。
        This paper analyzes the existing challenges for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to shape an international technology and innovation center, involves research in basic science, movement of production elements, protection of intellectual property, coordinative innovation,concepts and interests. Based on the comparative analysis of San Francisco Bay Area, Tokyo Bay Area and the European Union, the paper proposes some suggestions.
