广西壮族自治区首次接受抗病毒治疗暗娼的相关情况分析

摘要
目的了解艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体阳性暗娼抗病毒治疗时流行病学特征,为制定艾滋病防治对策提供依据。方法收集2012—2014年在广西境内首次接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗的HIV抗体阳性暗娼资料,描述其人口学特征,既往疾病史、治疗史、身体状况和体征、世界卫生组织临床分期、服药方案、CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数、病毒载量等分布情况,应用Excel 2010建立数据库,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 226例接受抗病毒治疗的HIV阳性暗娼,平均年龄39(38.8±10.1)岁,且40岁以上年龄组构成比例逐年增高(P=0.019),已婚或同居占64.6%,本省户籍占81.4%,从确证到治疗的中位数时间为25天[四分位距(IQR):12.0～76.5],治疗时病人CD4~+ T淋巴细胞中位数为280.0个/μL(IQR:187.5～395.0),病毒载量中位数为18 200.0拷贝/mL(IQR:5 164.0～61 536.0)。结论通过"医务人员陪同转介"治疗策略,广西大部分HIV抗体阳性暗娼得到及时治疗。
Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of antiviral therapy of HIV-positive female sex workers, and provide basis for formulation of AIDS prevention and control countermeasures. Methods HIV-positive female sex workers receiving HIV antiviral therapy for the first time in Guangxi from 2012 to 2014 were enrolled in the database, to know their demographic characteristics, medical history, treatment history, physical conditions and physical status, WHO clinical staging, and medication regimens, CD4+ T cell count, viral load, etc. Excel2010 was used to establish a database and SPSS13.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results 226 HIV-positive female sex workers receiving antiviral therapy had an average age of 39(38.8±10.1) years. The proportion of the age group above 40 years was increasing year by year(P=0.019). Those married or in cohabitation accounted for 64.6%. Household registration accounted for 81.4%. The median time from HIV diagnosis to treatment was 25 days(interquartile range, IQR: 12.0 to 76.5). The median number of patients with CD4+ T cells at the time of treatment was 280.0 cells/μL(IQR: 187.5 to 395.0), and viral load was 18200.0 copies/ml(IQR: 5164.0 to 61536.0). Conclusion Due to implementation of the "medical staff accompanied the referral" treatment strategy, most HIV-positive female sex workers in Guangxi receive antiviral therapy promptly.
