专业市场经营户的市民化意愿及影响因素

摘要
从个人和家庭特征、经济收入、制度政策三个方面选取变量,对义乌市小商品市场经营户的市民化意愿及影响因素进行问卷调查,并利用Binary Logistic回归模型进行分析。研究发现,在个人和家庭特征方面,文化程度越高、居住年限越长,在有家人陪伴的情况下,其市民化意愿越高。在经济收入方面,收入水平越高、已经购买住房对市民化意愿有着明显的提升作用。在制度政策方面,子女义务教育资格、住房公积金、城镇基本养老保险和医疗保险对专业市场经营户市民化意愿具有显著正向影响,其中尤以住房公积金的影响更为显著。由此可见,进一步推进户籍制度改革,对达到一定期限的市场经营户给予更多的政策支持,完善包括养老、医疗、教育等在内的社会保障体系,将有助于推动外来人口的市民化进程。
This paper selected variables from three aspects: individual and family characteristics, economic income and institution and policy, and did questionnaire survey about the citizenization willingness of commercial tenants in Yiwu small commodity market and its influencing factors. Based on Binary Logistic regression model, it was found that: 1) In terms of personal and family characteristics, the higher the level of education was, the longer the time of residence was;and with the presence of family members, the citizenization willingness was in higher level in the company of family. 2)In terms of economic income, the high income level and the purchase of house could remarkablely promote the citizenization willingness. In terms of institution and policy, children's compulsory education qualification, housing accumulation fund, urban basic endowment insurance and medical insurance had significant positive influence on the citizenization intention of professional market tenants, especially the influence of housing accumulation fund was most significant. Thus, speedding up the reform of household registration system, giving more policy support for longer lived tenants and improving social security system including pension, medical care and education would help to promote citizenization of migrant population in cities and towns.
