摘要
<正>近年来,损伤的肺泡及间质由于气- 液比例发生变化,产生与正常肺部超声"黑影"不同的征象,使超声在肺的应用成为可能。随着超声技术的发展,逐渐发现肺部超声在诊断急性呼吸窘迫综合征、肺水肿、肺炎、气胸、肺栓塞等方面的重大价值,并可监测肺通气变化,指导临床液体的管理,评估预后,成为慢性疾病患者高风险事件的预测因子,尤其适用于重症疾病。而胸部X线片与CT检查搬运不便,暴露辐射,等待时间长,可重复性差,体位限制,成本高等缺陷使其不适于危重疾病的快速
