登山锻炼者休闲涉入、休闲效益与主观幸福感的关系

摘要
通过对参与登山活动的人群进行实证考察,掌握参与登山锻炼者的心理特质和现象,对登山者心理层面以变量建构结构方程模型来验证各变量的影响关系进行分析,结果显示:休闲涉入对休闲效益和主观幸福感有着显著的正向影响,休闲效益对主观幸福感有着正向影响,休闲效益是休闲涉入与主观幸福感之间的中介效应影响变量。
Through the practical survey on the crowd of mountaineering activities,the psychological traits and phenomenon of the mountain hikers were mastered. For the psychological traits and phenomenon of the mountain hikers,the influence relation of each variable was verified by constructing the structural equation modeling with the variables,and the results were analyzed. The results showthat the leisure involvement has significant positive influence on the leisure benefits and the subjective well-being,the leisure benefits have significant positive influence on the subjective well-being,and the leisure benefits are the influencing variables of intermediary effect between the leisure involvement and the subjective well-being.
