摘要

随着经济的不断发展,建筑业在国民经济中日益增强和壮大,但随之带来了很多的问题。建筑工程的质量需要政府加强监管和管控,建立起相应的社会主义市场发展管理监督体系,解决一系列的严峻质量问题。质量安全监管工作是一项长期的工程,需要职能部门各司其职并各尽其能,做到依法监督和依法行政,才能保证建筑工程质量的管理水平。
        With the continuous development of the economy,the construction industry is becoming stronger and stronger in the national economy,also bringing more and more questions. The quality of the construction project demanded the government to strengthen supervision and establish a corresponding socialist market development management of supervision system,so as to solve a series of serious quality problems. Quality and safety supervision is a long-term project,which requires the functional department to do their best to achieve the supervision and administration,so that to ensure the quality of the management.
