摘要
<正>生物多样性保护是我国生态文明建设的重要组成部分,也是人类共同关心的议题。系统发育多样性研究是基于系统发育关系(即物种或谱系的进化历史)对某一特定时空尺度内生物类群的独特性或多样性进行评估的重要指标,有助于识别具有丰富进化历史的优先保护区域,进而优化自然保护区的设置和生物多样性保护策略的制定。生物多样性是一个地区的所有物种及其变异性,每个物种所携带的遗传资源,以及物种之间所形成的居群
Phylogenetic diversity is a measure of biodiversity, which incorporates phylogenetic differences at both the species and lineage levels. By exploring phylogenetic diversity patterns in a country/region, we can effectively identify the priority areas for conservation.
