从内容分析法看中医食疗调治的优势病种

摘要
目的:探究中医食疗调治的优势病种,指导中医食疗临床应用。方法:采用内容分析法对中国知识资源总库中2013～2017年正式发表的中医食疗文献从调治疾病名称、疾病系统分类、调治总有效率、调治方法及种类、研究设计方法等5个方面进行分析,归纳现代中医食疗调治的优势病种。结果:共保留符合要求的文献121篇,中医食疗调治的优势病种主要集中在内科(糖尿病、高血压、消化性溃疡、肿瘤等)、妇产科(产褥期并发症)。结论:目前中医食疗调治的优势病种虽然范围较小但疗效显著;中医食疗临床研究类论文质量有待提高。
Objective:To explore the dominant diseases recuperated by Chinese medicated diet,so as to guide the clinical application of Chinese medicine diet.Methods:Using content analysis methods to analyze the literatures officially published in CNKI from 2013 to 2017 from the name of the recuperating disease、classification of disease system、total effective rate、methods and types、methods of literature research to generalize dominant diseases recuperated by Chinese medicated diet. Results:Totally 121 literatures were retained in accordance with the requirements.Dominant diseases intervened by Chinese medicated diet were mainly concentrated in Internal medicine(Diabetes,Hypertension,Peptic ulcer,Tumour)and Obstetrics and Gynecology Department(Complication of the puerperium). Conclusion:At present,although the scope of the dominant disease intervened by Chinese medicated diet is small,but the curative effect is significant.The quality of literature on clinical research of Chinese medicated diet needs to be improved.
