胃糜康治疗胃滞虚热型慢性胃炎伴糜烂临床观察

摘要
目的观察胃糜康治疗胃滞虚热型慢性胃炎伴糜烂的临床疗效。方法选择慢性胃炎伴糜烂患者60例,随机分为2组,治疗组30例、对照组30例;治疗组应用中药汤剂胃糜康口服,对照组应用铝镁加混悬液口服,各治疗4周,观察治疗前后综合症状变化、上腹痛变化、Hp转阴情况、胃镜及病理的改变,以及观察1年后症状复发情况。结果治疗4周后,治疗组与对照组总体有效率没有显著差别,治疗组在改善综合症状、改善上腹痛、Hp转阴情况及1年后症状复发率等方面优于对照组。结论胃糜康治疗胃滞虚热型慢性胃炎伴糜烂临床疗效显著,且具有良好的临床用药安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Weimikang decoction in treating chronic gastritis with erosion of stomach stagnation and deficiency heat. Methods Sixty patients with chronic gastritis with erosion were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Weimikang decoction. The control group was treated with oral administration of aluminum and magnesium suspension. After treatment for 4 weeks,the change of syndromes before and after treatment,the change of epigastric pain,HP negative conversion,changes in gastroscopy and pathological and recurrence of symptoms after one year were observed. Results After 4 weeks,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving syndromes,epigastric pain,HP negative conversion,and recurrence of symptoms after one year. Conclusion The clinical effect of Weimikang decoction on chronic gastritis with erosion of stomach stagnation and deficiency heat is remarkable,and it has good clinical medication safely.
